Harmit was absolutely incredible. My tyre completely popped and I was just expecting to get towed however Harmit took the time to willingly change the tyre no matter how long it took. Then my car battery died and RACV were on the way, I was in the middle of a busy highway in the middle of the night, in pitch black, Harmit stayed with me until RACV arrived ensuring I was safe. Harmit, you were amazing and I thank you for your dedication, hard work and time to stay with me. ☺️

For all the hate nationwide get I just had to jump on and say thank you to the lovely lady I spoke to this morning, she saved me $167 by telling me RACV would cover the second tow on my broken down Audi. I had absolutely no idea. So I am stoked. Thank you!

Awesome experience getting car towed home through RACV. Broke down at 3am in the cbd and truck arrived in a half hour. Driver Joth was super friendly and had no out of pocket cost. Sounds like a great company to work for also.

My motorcycle battery decided to cease working a long way from home and I am a Total Care member with RACV. I rang for assistance and a tow truck was allocated from Nationwide Towing. My saviour, Tony Eid (Fleet # 3359) arrived 30 minutes later and he proceeded to put my mind at ease with his knowledge and professionalism with securing and transporting my motorcycle. He treated my bike as if it was his own and he was very respectful of me being a female motorcyclist. I could not have asked for a better experience given the circumstances. My bike arrived home from its long journey without having moved an inch from its resting spot on the back of the truck, even through some of the dodgiest, bumpy highways and roads on the way home. I can't thank Tony enough for saving me and my bike.

RACV organized a tow truck with these guys that came by in about 30 minutes. Pretty friendly guy, pulled me out of the gutter in about 5 minutes, shook my hand and then left.

I came over to visit Nationwide Towing on Cromwell street and I was very happy with how accommodating Chris was on the day. It's not a nice feeling having to get your vehicle towed and I can't begin to imagine the verbal abuse these hardworking staff experience.
