We are currently seeking a committed, driven and enthusiastic Operations Coordinator to join our growing team in Perth.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role will support NRS operations and a team of Roadside Service Patrols, whilst assisting with KPI management and driving performance improvements. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Operations Professional to progress their career and be an integral part of a dynamic Operations Team.
Duties
Your responsibilities will include
- Lead a team of over 45 Roadside Service Patrols
- Work with the Operations Team to track performance against critical KPIs
- Help drive productivity improvements across the Patrol Team
- Provide support to the Operations Team including general administration, coordination of business activities and ad hoc duties
- Assist with the recruitment and on boarding process of new Patrols
- Participate in business development projects
- Provide procedural and technical support to the Patrol team
- Review, investigate and resolve customer feedback
- Schedule, prepare and present Patrol meetings
- Maintain compliance database (e.g. licenses, qualifications, fleet servicing)
- Maintain compliance with Safety and Quality Standards
- Provide on-call support to Patrols
Skills & experience
- Proven 3 years’ experience in an operational or similar role
- Automotive, mechanical or training knowledge is highly desirable, but not essential
